Q: Which properties are ready for occupancy?
A: The properties which are now ready for occupancy are Galleria Regency,
Robinsons Place Residences and Bloomfields Subdivision.
Q: When will the properties on the pre-selling stage be delivered?
A: Fifth Avenue Place and Gateway Garden Ridge will start construction in 2006 and will be delivered on December 2008. Construction for One Gateway Place will start in 2005 and will be delivered by December 2007.
The property in Manila, the Adriatico Place Residences is currently starting construction and will be finished by December 2007. The second tower will begin construction in 2006 and will be delivered in December 2008
Mckinley Park Residences will start construction on January
of 2007 and will be delivered on December 31, 2009

Q: Is there other payment scheme outside the standard that you are offering?
A: Other payment schemes may be designed to match the your cashflow/ payment capacity. Such non-standard payment schemes are subject to the approval of Management. The approval shall include the corresponding rebates (if any) that may be offered to the client or the corresponding deductions from the agent’s commission (if any).
Q: Can I purchase through In-house Financing? How about Bank Financing? What Banks are accredited with RLC?
A: Clients may go through a bank of their choice. To assist the clients, RLC has established tie-ups with several banks (i.e Robinsons Savings Bank, BPI, RCBC, PSbank, and Metrobank). RLC may assist the client in the facilitation of the loan application but it does not guarantee approval of the buyer’s loan application. Securing of loan approval from the bank and the submission of the Letter of Guarantee will be the sole responsibility of the client.
A client wishing to avail of RLC’s in-house financing facility will have to undergo RLC’s standard evaluation procedure which will assess, among other things, his/ her credit history and payment capacity (e.g. client’s age upon end of the financing term should be no more than 65 years, monthly income of client should be at least 3x the expected monthly amortization). The client is required to submit immediately upon reservation several documents.
